Christmas Tradition, put up the tree and sleep under it. This time we had a fire in the fireplace.
We went to Greater Europe Mission's headquarters for our furlough debriefing and had a view of Pikes Peak everyday with breakfast.
Debby had knee surgery soon after we returned from Colorado and is doing great now.

We had five mission's conferences in four weeks. Wow

Fall is full of birthdays. Selina wanted to go and do a corn maze. Nic wanted a Chinese food and night at home with a fire and family

Our summer vacation was to stay at home and build this hut (dacha, cottage??) for the kids. It all started with a kit from the hardware store.

We hosted a volunteer team from Wheaton Bible Church and the average age of the team was 68 year old. They did great work.
Our children went on an activity week with their school where they learned outdoor survival skills.
Debby and Greg took advantage of the children's activity week and went on a marriage retreat and biked in the Sumova Mountains.
Debby's brother Tim came up to Prague and helped build a tree house with a zip line.
Greg traveled to Acadia University in Nova Scotia to attend the ICOBS conference where he presented a paper, caught up with Dr. Wardin and saw the highest tides in the world.

We took a day to hike in the "Cesky Raj" with some friends.

We took the seminary students to a Czech Folk village near Prague where we worked with pottery, made candles, and made paper.

We also helped organize the annual Talent Show at the seminary.
